Consent to the processing of personal data
Version of 08.10.2026
By sending a request on homeforyou.pro, in its blog or in the agency’s Telegram chatbot, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give HOME FOR YOU THAI CO., LTD. (159/23 Moo 12, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand) my consent to process my personal data on these terms.
- Data: name, phone number, e-mail, messenger username and number, city, property search parameters and budget, comments, answers to questions, and the advertising tags and cookie identifiers sent with the request.
- Purposes: to contact me about my request; to select and show properties; to advise me; to support a purchase, rental or sale; to send me property selections and offers matching my request; to understand which advertising brought the request.
- Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
- Who may receive the data: agency staff; the contractor who runs the website and the request server (Russia); amoCRM JSC (amoCRM, Russia); developers, sellers, lawyers and banks, when my deal requires it.
- Other countries. I have been informed that the agency is in Thailand, that requests are stored on servers in Russia, and that data protection in these countries may differ from the protection in the country where I live. I agree to the transfer of my data to Thailand and Russia.
- Period: until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact if there was no deal. After a deal — for the periods required by law.
- Withdrawal: at any time, by e-mail to homeforyouthailand@gmail.com or a message to my manager. After withdrawal, the agency stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except for data it must keep by law. To stop receiving selections, reply “stop” in the conversation.
- I am an adult. If I pass on another person’s data (“Hand over client” form), that person has agreed to it.
How the agency processes data is described in the Privacy Policy.
