A private dinner hosted by EMBASSY

On July 25, the developer hosted The Chosen One, a private dinner. Invitations went to agencies that actively work with the company, including us.

The evening had a great atmosphere and was truly thought out down to the last detail: the welcome, the food, the music. Empire Group CEO Miki Haim shared his vision for the development of Pattaya and the region as a whole.

📈 The main message: Pattaya will grow. Large-scale government projects are already planned, the area is developing rapidly, and the time to invest hasn’t passed yet. You can still enter the market now, while prices allow, but it’s definitely not worth waiting: prices will only keep rising year after year.
