About the project

Dcondo Vite in Wongamat is being built by Sansiri Public Company Limited. It is a city condo with functional layouts. Units are handed over with final finishing, built-in furniture and basic equipment. The format suits both renting out and living in it yourself, but it gives no guarantee of resale or income, so calculate the rent and price figures separately.

The building has eight floors and stands five minutes by car from the sea. You will need to drive to the beach. If a walk to the water matters to you, compare with the first-line high-rises: they cost noticeably more, and by the listings on the area page a metre right by the water is almost twice as high as further from the beach.

Where it is

Wongamat lies in the north of Pattaya, in Naklua. The area has no official boundaries, the name is informal, and the area is sometimes spelled Wang Gomat. The buildings are reached from Naklua Road by side lanes, and there is no road along the beach. It is not far to the centre in a straight line, but longer by road: from The Palm Wongamat to Terminal 21 it is 3.2 km by car, and to Central Pattaya 5.5 km.

Who it suits

What to check before buying

What the finishing includes. Ask for the list of furniture, appliances and plumbing included in the price, and for photos or a video of a sample. Ask the manager what “basic equipment” includes.

Payment procedure. Foreign quota. A foreigner registers a condo unit in their own name as long as the share of foreigners in the building does not exceed 49% of the area. Check the remaining quota before reserving.

Completion date. The completion date is shown on the card above. Look at the handover date of your unit and the terms in case of delay in the contract.

Fees. In Wongamat the common-area fee on portals is from 30 to $0 per sq m a month, and for this building the rate comes from the building’s legal entity.

Height and view. Look on the map at what stands and is being built nearby, and ask the developer in writing.
