About the project

Soondri Wongamat is being built by Craftwork. The plot covers 7,904.4 sq m by the sea, and the idea of the project is to combine architecture, nature and places for rest and recovery. The project has a beach club, pools, onsen (Japanese hot baths), a gym and the Sky Social Club on floors 51, 52 and 53. There are 292 units in total: 273 residences, 9 villa units and 10 retail spaces.

Upper floors with a shared area mean the building is tall. By our calculation on the OpenStreetMap map, the 53-storey tower stands about 20 m from the beach. The “from” price, completion date and status are shown on the card above, and a manager will send the current price list.

Where it is

Wongamat lies in the north of Pattaya. By address it is the Naklua tambon, while the name Wongamat is informal and the area has no official boundaries. The beach stretches for about 1.2 km, there is no road along it, and the buildings are reached from Naklua Road by side lanes. To the Terminal 21 shopping mall from the neighbouring tower it is 2.25 km in a straight line and 3.2 km by car, and to Central Pattaya 3.86 km in a straight line. Who it suits

The building is designed for a buyer who values the first line and the service of a high-rise. For living here all year or a winter stay, a unit with a view and its own club nearby will suit. Housing right by the water in Wongamat costs more than deeper in the block: by FazWaz listings on 6 October 2026, the median price per metre in completed buildings in the strip up to 130 m from the beach is $3,940, and in the strip up to 1.1 km $2,060. These are asking prices on the resale market, and the price of a new development depends on the developer’s price list. What to check before buying

Common-area fee. By portal cards, fees in Wongamat are from 30 to $0 per sq m a month, and Soondri Wongamat is listed at the top, 90. For a building with a club and onsen, ask the manager what the fee includes and who manages the building.

Height and view. The Ministry of Natural Resources order of 2020 for Bang Lamung limited the height of new buildings near the shore, and the order expired on 24 July 2025. We have not checked whether the restriction applies now. See what stands and is being built between the building and the sea, and ask the developer in writing.

Foreign quota. A foreigner buys under the foreign quota, and the share of foreigners in the building is no more than 49% of the area. Check the remaining quota before reserving.

Completion date and contract. The date is shown on the card above. Read the handover date of your unit and the terms in case of delay in the reservation contract before paying any money.

Villa and retail units. The building has both villas and retail spaces. Ask which parts of the shared infrastructure relate to them and how costs are split.

The beach. Pattaya Mail wrote that in September 2025 the city removed sharp rocks and rubbish from Wongamat beach. Look at the shore yourself.
