About the project
Love It is being built by Global Top Group. All the amenities are on the roof, which makes a private space for living and leisure. There are a pool, a Finnish sauna, a gym, a cinema, a coworking space and solar panels. The formats vary, from compact studios to three-bedroom apartments, and the layout can be adjusted to the buyer’s request.
The “from” price, completion date and status are shown on the card above. The date differs between sources, so look at the handover date of your unit in the contract. A manager will send the current price list and the available units.
Where it is
Wongamat lies in the north of Pattaya, and by address it is the Naklua tambon. Catalogues call buildings deeper into the block Wongamat as well: Love It stands about 750 m from the sea. It is a building deeper in the block, and that is the main difference from the towers right on the beach. There is no road along the beach, and the buildings are reached from Naklua Road by side lanes. To the Terminal 21 shopping mall from buildings in the area it is about 2.25 km in a straight line and 3.2 km by car, with distances given without traffic. Details on the area, prices and rent are collected on the Wongamat page.
Who it suits
The building suits those who choose Wongamat and are ready to walk a few minutes to the beach or ride a bike there, getting in return a unit cheaper than by the water. By FazWaz listings on 6 October 2026, the median price per metre in completed buildings in Wongamat in the strip up to 1.1 km from the beach is $2,060, and in the strip up to 130 m $3,940. These are asking prices on the resale market, and the price of a new development depends on the developer’s price list. Studios and one-bedroom units suit a winter stay, and larger units suit a family. We help with renting out, and we prepare a preliminary calculation for the project separately.
What to check before buying
Common-area fee. By portal cards, fees in Wongamat are from 30 to $0 per sq m a month. The exact rate for the building comes from the legal entity’s budget; ask what the fee includes.
Foreign quota. A foreigner buys under the foreign quota, and the share of foreigners in the building is no more than 49% of the area. Check the remaining quota before reserving.
Construction. While the building is under construction, neighbouring plots and permits may change. Inspect the site and ask the developer in writing what may rise next door.
Custom layout. If you want to change a unit, find out at what stage it is possible, how much it costs and how it is written into the contract.
The roof. All the amenities are on the roof. Ask how access for residents is organised, how many people can use the pool and how the queue for the coworking space and cinema is handled.
The beach. Pattaya Mail wrote that in September 2025 the city removed sharp rocks and rubbish from Wongamat beach. The sea is 750 m away, so walk the route yourself.
Reservation contract. Before paying, read the reservation refund terms. We check the documents before the deal.
